PRECAUTION BEFORE USING THE PUMP
- Connect the earth wire before use. This enables you to prevent an accident caused by electric shock when the electric insulation is not in order.
• For your Safety from the danger of electric shock. Please by careful not to get power plug stained with water.

*CAUTION IN CONNECTING THE EARTH WIRE
• Connect the earth wire after turning off electric power
• Never connect with gas piped, other-wise. It can be the cause of explosion.
- Avoid operating under the condition of dry running and delivery on water. For it will shorten the service. Life of pump and also cause the trouble of motor.
- Never wrap thee motor or the pump head in a blanket or a cloth for preventing freezing in the cold water. For it will be the cause of the fire.
- Avoid usi8ng the pump under the condition of ambient temperature over
- Be careful not to use the pump with other liquids except for water. When it is used for solvent arch as bezel, acid, inflammable liquids as gasoline and high-viscous liquids, there is a risk of the fire and it will cause the trouble of the pump and also shorten the service life of it.
- Avoid using the pump under the condition exposed to the direct rays or a rain because it will be the reason.
- When this pump is set up in the well is easy to suck in sand, above all, sand filter is needed. For it will prevent the defacement of the impeller in the pump head for a short time, the decline of pressure and the decrease of the pumping water.
- The permitted voltage of the pump is ± 10% of the raged voltage. Other it the will be the reason of shortening the service life of the pump.
- Never operate the pump without priming water, for it will damage the mechanical seal and the impeller and shorten the service life of the pump.
- Before setting the power on, confirm on abnormality by manual operation (exam by driver) of the trially operating axis 2-3 tines in the checking of dust or sand is put into the pump and also adhesion of impeller or mechanical seal.
WHEN THE PUMP IS REUSED AFTER A LONG TIME
The is a possibility for the motor not to be operated in spite of switching on the electric power because of the sticking and solidification of the dirt and filth in the water of the pump head.
In that case turn off the electric power, and then turn the shaft in the back of the motor a few times with driver or something like that, you can operate the pump as usual.
Install the pump just over the well as possible as you can. But when pump must be installed away from the well because of circumstances, the maximum distance of the pipe from the well to the pumps is limited according to the suction life. Decide the suction life considering the dry season.

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
• Concrete the foundation with cement that the pump may not lean or slant even after many years.
• Select the place where the pump can be conveniently checked after installing the pump in the narrow place because of the circumstances.
• Minimize the number of the elbows to prevent the water leaking in the piping or lessen the resistance of water.
• Measure the depth from the ground surface to that of the well. The suction head is standardized at 8M ( Max. 9M ).
• Be sure to use pipes of standard diameters for normal.
HOW TO START THE PUMP
• This pump requires a little priming water at the very beginning of operation. Prime it without fail before starting
- Pour priming water after detaching the hopper cap.
- Set the hopper cap and open one hydrant.
- Plug in and operate the pump then water will come out a few minutes later.
- If water does not come out, it may be caused by the lack of priming water sore peat priming.
