Special instruction

I Follow instruction for use into a swimming pool or any water pool in the garden as well as in surrounding protected areas Ask on electric an for advice

J When pump is not used during a long period, unplug it, Draw pump and avoid damages ( risks of water freezing) Unscrew drainage cap below pump protect water supply pipe ( if it is hose) and accessories from frost: insulate them or store them inside.

K The pressure tank includes a flexible water bag and an air bag whose pressure must be 13bar max if water is pumped from this water bag, it expands and thus in creases disconnection  pressure if pressure in air bag is too low, it must be increased, Unscrew tank plastic cap and blow in air through valve with air pump or manometer air gun.

HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP

 - Be sure to use pipe of standard diameter for normal

* CONNECTION METHODS FROM PUMP

- When the pump is sending out from the manufacture, it is set for

- Check the voltage of the electric power before operating the pump.

- Warranty does not include accidents due to incorrect installation. See your electrician for advice, it is recommended to have a protected motor circuit breaker near the pump. It well cut power in case of surcharge, blocking or missed.

- Take terminal box cover off.

- Drive the 3 wires electric cable through opening ( minimum section 1.5 mm²)

- Connect 2 wires to terminals N and L connect earth wire ( green /yellow ) to terminal located under terminal block marked with symbol.

- Put cove back.

WHEN THE PUMP IS REUSED AFTER A LONG TIME

-          There is a possibility for the motor not to be operated in spite of switching on the electric power because of the sticking and solidification of the dirt and filth in the pump head.

-          In that case turn off  ececteic  power, and then tum the shaft in the back of the motor a few times.

HOW TO START THE PUMP

Since this pump has to self-priming system, at the start of operation, make priming by the following sequence:

-          Remove the plug and pour water into the pump and replace the plug, The air in the suction pip shall be pulled out with the water.

-          Before the power switch on, the water cock of the discharge side should be opened.

-          After the power switch on, start priming procedure immediately.

PRECAUTION BEFORE USING THE PUMP

1. Connect the earth wire before use.

This enable you to prevent an accident caused by electric shock when the electric insulation is not order.

For your safety from the danger of electric shock, please be careful not to get power plug stained with water.

CAUTION IN CONNECTING THE EARTH WIRE

-          Connect the earth wire after tuming off the electric power.

-          Never connect with gas pipes, other wire it can be the cause of ecpiosion.

2. Avoid operating under the condition of dry running and delivering mo water. 

For it will shorten the service life of pump and also cause the trouble of motor.

3. Never warp motor or the pump head in a blanket or a cloth for preventing freezing in the cold weather.

4. Avoid using the pump under the condition of ambient temperature over 40°C and below 0°C,and also with hot water over 40°C.

For it will shorten the service life of pump.

5. Be careful not to use the pump with other liquids except for water.

When this used for solvent such as  benzol, acid, in flammable liquids such as gasoline and high-viscous liquid, there is a risk of to the fire and it will cause the trouble of the pump and also shorten the service life of it.

6. Avoid using the pump under the condition exposed the direct rays or rain because it will be the reason if shorten the service life of the pump and also of the danger of electric shock.

7. When this pump is set up in the well, which is easy to suck in sand, above all, sand filter is needed.

For it will prevent the defacement of the impeller in the pump head for a shirt tine, the decline of pressure and the decrease of pumping water.

8. Never operating the pump without priming waters, fovit will damage the mechanical-seal and the impeller and shorten the service life of pump.

9. Before setting the power on, confirm no abnormality by manual operation

( exam by driver ) of the truly operating act 2-3 times in checking of dust or sand id put into the pump and also adhesion of impeller or mechanical.

*WHEN THE  PUMP  IS  REUSEDD  AFTER  A LONG TIME

There is possibility for the motor not to be operation in the condition of switching on the electric power. Because of the  sticking  and solidification of the dirt and filth in the water or the pump head. In that case of the sticking and electric power, and them turn the shaft in the back of the motor a few times with driver of something like the, After that, you can operate the pump as usual.

 CHECKING  POINT  BRFORE  INSTALLATION

• Install the pump just over the well as possible as you can.           

But when the pump must be installed away from the well because of the circumstances. the maximum distance of the pipe from the well to the pump is limited according to the suction life.

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION

• Concrete the foundation with cement that the pump may not lean of slant even after many years.

• Select the valve on the dishrag side of the pump checked or repaired after installation.

Install the stop valve on the dishrag side of the pump and it will be very convenient for checking and repairing the pump.

Suction pipe connection.

A Measure the depth from the ground surface to that of well The suction head is standardized at 8m ( max 9m )

B For perfect tightness, use Teflon rape for all couplings.

C Do not use Teflon tape for coupling already fitted with flat or 0 ring seals, just check seals Change them if necessary.

D For use with suction kits, simply use Teflon tape coupling to be screwed to pump body.

E Otherwise, use a rigid hose ( min. diameter 25- mm) to avoid damages during operation    check strainer coupling ( use Teflon tape also here).add clamping collars on hose .

F In all cases, suction hose should not be planed upwards For use in wells with sand on the bottom. The strainer should be placed 50 cm above the bottom to avoid sand or gravel suction. You can also first collect sand into a bucket in well.

Lifting  pipe connection.

G Couplings at pump outlet must also be fitted with Teflon tape to improve operation and avoid water on the electric part of pump.

H Various outlet devices can be adapted with connecting tees and electric or hand values.

Minimise the number of the elbows to prevent the water leaking the piping or to lessen the resistance of water.

When the priming is not successful, air may remained in the suction pipe Then, to remove air in the suction pipe, pour water and power on and off repeatedly

Because the pump has no switch use power switch on the wall or plug in and out from the receptacle
